What data we process

This website has no forms and does not use analytics or advertising tools. We only process:

  • The data you choose to give us when you contact us by email or phone (for example, your name, contact details and anything you include in your message).
  • Technical connection data (such as your IP address), which the server logs automatically for security and to keep the website running.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing a proposal: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and your consent when contacting us (art. 6.1.a GDPR).
  • Providing the services you engage us for and managing the professional relationship: performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Complying with legal obligations, such as tax and anti-money-laundering rules: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
  • Keeping the website secure: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

Any information you share with us is also protected by professional secrecy.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry. If a professional relationship begins, we keep it for the duration of that relationship and for five years after it ends, unless a longer period is required by law.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our technology providers (web hosting and email) may access it as data processors, under the safeguards required by the GDPR. Where an international matter requires sharing data with professionals in other jurisdictions, we will inform you in advance and apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to nyoshida@blauersee.eu or to our registered office. If you believe your data has not been processed lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
